MT or Industrial Model Township is about 17kms away from the Gurgaon. It is located on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway and is about 32kms away from the airport. IMT is ahead of other industrial townships and has world class infrastructure. The systems that are put in place are very impressive. Sector 1 of the township is exclusively for housing purposes. There are houses both for executives and non executives. This area has all facilities for residential complex like shopping, schools and health facilities. The area is being built at a very fast pace by HSIDC and has big corporate houses and their manufacturing units. World class infrastructure has been provided to all these industries. The IMT is in the process of providing other facilities also. A nine-course golf course with a club house is being developed and should be complete soon. A helipad besides other recreational facilities for the workforce is in the process of completion also.
